IL-2RA Targeting Services

IL-2RA Targeting Services

Interleukin 2 receptor alpha chain (also known as CD25) is a protein encoded in the human body by the IL2RA gene. Typically, an intact membrane protein, soluble IL2RA, has been isolated and determined to be the result of extracellular proteolysis. It is a type I transmembrane protein present on activated T cells, activated B cells, some thymocytes, myeloid precursor cells and oligodendrocytes. IL2RA is expressed in most B-cell tumors, some acute nonlymphocytic leukemias, neuroblastomas, mastocytosis, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It functions as a receptor for HTLV-1 and is therefore expressed on tumor cells of adult T-cell lymphoma/leukemia. Its soluble form, called sIL-2R, may be elevated in these diseases and is occasionally used to track disease progression. CD ComputaBio now offers professional IL-2RA targeting services to meet your research needs.

Our Services

IL-2RA Targeting Services2

  • Post-Translational Modification
  • CD ComputaBio provides computational modeling of PTMs, using computational models to predict potential PTM sites in proteins, and to model side-chain and main-chain conformations to reflect changes caused by common PTMs. We provide specialized computational PTM services to help study the corresponding effects on ROS1 structure, kinetics, and binding specificity.

  • WGCNA Network Service
  • WGCNA Network Service is based on the calculation of weighted co-expression using the module division of average hierarchical clustering, the correlation between modules and traits, selects significant traits, and constructs a corresponding network graph to find core genes related to traits. According to different gene expression patterns, the basic idea is to mine genes with similar expression patterns, defined as a module. Genes with similar expression patterns are likely to be closely co-regulated. Closely related functions or members of the same signaling pathway or process have specific physiological significance. CD ComputaBio We will look for co-expressed gene modules and explore the relationship between gene networks and phenotypes of interest, as well as core genes in the network.

Our PCA Analysis Service Targeting IL-2RA

PCA is mostly used as a tool in exploratory data analysis and building predictive models. It is often used to visualize genetic distance and relatedness between populations. PCA is either done by singular value decomposition of a design matrix or by the following 2 steps:

Step1

Calculating the data covariance (or correlation) matrix of the original data.

Step2

Performing eigenvalue decomposition on the covariance matrix.

Our Principal component analysis includes but is not limited to:
